Delivery & Shipments

  • Free delivery within Hong Kong and Macau with a purchase HK$480 or over. 
  • HK$50.00 delivery charges for order under HK$480 within Hong Kong and Macau
  • You will get your order within 2- 7 working days after receipt of payment within Hong Kong and Macau. 
  • Depending on your delivery address, we will ship with local couriers or Hong Kong Post,  etc
  • Courier will deliver the order directly to the door of your apartment or office.
  • Pick up from the MTR can be arranged.
  • Free delivery outside Hong Kong with a purchase HK$1,400.00 or over.
  • HK$180.00 shipping fees (include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs) for oversea order under HK$1,400 will be charged and you will get your order within 2 weeks under normal condition. 
  • A tracking number will be provided to you when we have shipped the package.


  • For international deliveries, duty tax maybe applicable. The recipient will be responsible to pay for any duty / tax acquired. 
  • We are not responsible for the delay where orders may be held up by customs authorities. If your order has not arrived within 3 week please contact us so we can work towards resolving the issue.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.  Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.


  • All orders are shipped in a plain, cardboard box or bubble envelope. The shipping label will identify the shipper as "M’Envisage Limited" and “products” as the content. Your privacy is our primary concern.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund Policy 

All products are sold “as is” (No Refund, Exchange Only). You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued at the exception of items damaged during delivery.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges Procedure

To inquire about an exchange you must first email us at within 7 days of receiving the goods to inform us of the damage. Photos of proof will be required along with proof of purchase receipt. You will be required to return the damaged item to us for our Quality Assurance inspection. 

Upon receipt of the email, we will make inspections and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your replacement will be sent to you.  If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Shipping (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
